Kevin is a Chartered Taxation Surveyor and a capital allowances consultant for 20+ years.  Having worked for many years at KPMG and CBRE, he established
Smith Kelland in 2012.  Smith Kelland is a boutique capital allowances consultancy, providing high quality capital allowances services to the UK commercial property market for investors and tenants.

Kevin advises on many technical matters on some of the UK’s largest commercial property transactions, for UK and international investors and their advisors.
To assist many with their understanding, he wrote the RICS book ‘Capital Allowances for Property Professionals’.
